For rechargeable wireless sensor networks, limited energy storage capacity, dynamic energy supply, low and dynamic duty cycles cause that it is unpractical to maintain a fixed routing path for packets delivery permanently from a source to destination in a distributed scenario. Therefore, before data delivery, a sensor has to update its waking schedule continuously and share them to its neighbors, which lead to high energy expenditure for reestablishing path links frequently and low efficiency of energy utilization for collecting packets. In this work, we propose the maximum data generation rate routing protocol based on data flow controlling technology. For a sensor, it does not share its waking schedule to its neighbors and cache any waking schedules of other sensors. Hence, the energy consumption for time synchronization, location information and waking schedule shared will be reduced significantly. The saving energy can be used for improving data collection rate. Simulation shows our scheme is efficient to improve packets generation rate in rechargeable wireless sensor networks. 相似文献

A hexagonal nanosheet Mg(OH)_2 coating was prepared through a one-step hydrothermal method using LiOH solution as mineralizer and then modified by ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA) to minimize the rapid corrosion of AZ31 Mg alloy.The performance of the coating was evaluated using electrochemical technique,hydrogen evolution measurements, nanoscratch test,Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), X-ray diffraction(XRD) patterns and field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM).The results suggested that the corrosion rate of bare AZ31 Mg alloys was significantly reduced by one and two orders of magnitude through the protection from Mg(OH)_2 coating and modification with EDTA(i.e., EDTA-Mg(OH)_2 coating), respectively.FESEM micrographs indicated that the modification in EDTA elicits to the formation of an EDTA-Mg(OH)_2 composite with a thickness as twice as that of as-prepared Mg(OH)_2 coating.Nanoscratch tests revealed strong adhesion between the composite or Mg(OH)_2 coating and the substrate.The study of formation and corrosion mechanisms of the coatings manifested that Mg(OH)_2 was first formed near the intermetallic compound AlMn particles and gradually covered the entire surface, wherein the AlMn particles played an important role in the coating growth process.And it also proved that EDTA accelerated the formation of Mg(OH)_2. 相似文献

In the study, polyaniline/reduced‐graphene oxide (PANI‐RGO) composites, fabricated by loading 2, 5, and 8wt% graphene oxide, was prepared by in‐situ emulsion polymerization and reduction. They are characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, and scanning electron microscopy. Epoxy coatings adding PANI and PANI‐RGO composites were coated on the surface of AA5083 Al alloy. The anticorrosion performance of the coatings is measured by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and potentiodynamic polarization curve in 3.5wt% NaCl solution. The results demonstrate that the epoxy/PANI‐RGO coating exhibits a better protection against AA5083 alloy corrosion compared with the epoxy/PANI coating. Enhancement of the passivation performance of PANI was obtained by the addition of RGO into epoxy/PANI coating system. 相似文献

BiFe1−xZnxO3 (x = 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2 mol%) (BFZO) films were prepared on ITO/glass substrates by a sol-gel method. The effects of different Zn contents on the structures and electrical properties of the BFZO films were investigated. From X-ray diffraction (XRD), microstructure and X-ray spectroscopy (XPS) results, the BFZO films with a Zn content of 1 mol% showed a better crystal structure and grain development, and the Fe2+ and oxygen vacancy concentrations in this sample were the lowest among all the evaluated BFZO films. The P-E hysteresis loop indicated that the BFZO films with 1 mol% Zn had the highest remanent polarization (2Pr), which was 82.4 μC/cm2, along with a coercive field (2Ec) of 887 kV/cm at the tested electric field of 857 kV/cm. The BFZO film with 1 mol% Zn had the lowest leakage current density, which was 3.54 × 10−7 A/cm2 at the tested electric field of 200 kV/cm. Both at high and low electric fields, the space charge-limited current (SCLC) conduction mechanism was the main leakage mechanism. 采用双相区加速冷却法(加速冷却始冷温度为700 ℃)对X80管线钢进行热处理,获得了贝氏体和铁素体(B+F)双相组织。然后通过组织表征、力学性能测试以及在3.5wt%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性进行研究。结果表明:热处理后获得的管线钢组织由板条状贝氏体、多边形铁素体及少量马氏体/奥氏体岛组成。与热处理前相比,(B+F)双相管线钢屈强比较低,为0.65,初始加工硬化指数为0.31,均匀伸长率达8.3%,塑性显著提升;双相组织中含有52.4%的铁素体,因而耐腐蚀性明显提高。通过双相区加速冷却法获得的(B+F)两相组织在塑变过程中发生协调变形,可以适应大变形的需求,同时耐蚀性优异,为大变形管线钢实际生产提供一定的借鉴。 相似文献
